FOUR men were arrested at Suva’s Narain Jetty on Sunday night for alleged unlawful possession of illicit drugs.
Police deployed a team, including K-9 units, to conduct routine checks on passengers arriving from the outer islands and their luggage.
Police said the men were arrested after officers allegedly found dried leaves, green branches and sachets of dried leaves believed to be marijuana.
The suspects remain in police custody, while the seized substances have been sent for analysis.
