The High Court in Lautoka has found Mokani, Tailevu native Peceli Rokoravolo guilty of killing prominent Nadi doctor Isireli Biumaitotoya.
Lautoka High Court Judge Justice Aruna Aluthge delivered a lengthy judgment this afternoon.
Mr Rokoravolo is charged with the murder of Dr Biumaitotoya, who was commonly known on social media as Dr Leli Darling, between August 31 and September 1,2025, in Nadi.
Dr Biumaitotoya died from severe traumatic head injuries caused by multiple chop wounds.
The sentencing for Mr Rokoralovo is scheduled for September 4 at the Lautoka High Court.
