Former Fiji national rugby player Nemani Nagusa’s plea for one count of criminal trespass and one of criminal intimidation has been deferred by the Suva Magistrate’s Court to April 24.

The development comes after the DPP formally filed amended charges with the court before magistrate Jeremaia Savou.

The 35-year-old allegedly trespassed on a property in Nasese while under the influence of alcohol and threatened the homeowner with physical harm.

He has been granted extended bail.
