Two men charged in relation to the death of a man, who was found lying motionless outside a Suva nightclub, were remanded in custody by the High Court in Suva.
Eroni Leone and Tevita Racule were produced before High Court judge Justice Gihan Kulatunga yesterday.
The accused are facing a charge of murder each.
State prosecutor Pooja Mishra sought 21 days for the State to file information and disclosures in the matter.
The matter will be called again for mention on May 16.
Mr Racule’s bail application will also be called on May 16.
Both accused were remanded in custody.
