Update: 2:21PM VODAFONE Fiji has acquired IT company Datec Fiji Ltd for an undisclosed amount.
Vodafone Fiji board chairman Ajith Kodagoda said
the acquisition was aligned to Vodafones position as the market leader to
enhance service delivery to its clients.
It is understood that Datec will continue to
operate independently and all customer and supplier relationships, contracts
and commitments are expected to remain intact.
