STUDENTS of Ba’s Xavier College were reminded that the cadet passing out parade was the accomplishment of a mission.
The Third Battalion Infantry Regiment commander Major Penioni Naliva reminded students that cadetship in school was not about becoming soldiers.
He said the program was about giving students a sense of direction.
“I hope the cadetship has given you the cadets of Xavier just that,” Mr Naliva said.
“Your standing here this afternoon is an accomplishment of a mission.
“For those leaving the school this year, I am sure there are more values you have gained out of cadetship.”
A total of 626 students were part of the cadet passing out parade in Ba today.
