WITH their eyes set on redemption after two previous final losses, the Marist Storm are determined not to let this opportunity slip away as they face off against their rivals QVS Knights in their third national final of the Vodafone U17 rugby league Trophy.

Marist Storm coach Moses Francis believes today’s final will be nothing short of thrilling given the long-standing history between both teams.

“We have put in the hard work to rectify the mistakes we made in our last game against Natabua, and we are focused on stepping up our game for the final showdown,” said Francis.

“Our goal is simple minimize errors and play a disciplined game against the formidable QVS side.

“We know they are a force to be reckoned with, but we are up for the challenge, it won’t be easy, but we are prepared to give it our all.”

The two sides will play at 12pm at Prince Charles Park in Nadi.
