THE Nausori Magistrate’s Court has deferred the pretrial conference of former Fiji Airways chief customer services officer Shaenaz Voss to August 6.

It is alleged that on October 8, 2018, at the Nausori Airport in the Central Division, Ms Voss failed to comply with the requirements of the Fiji Link Operation Airline Security Program on board domestic flight FJ 32.

On December 13 last year, her lawyer told Nausori Magistrate Viniti Prasad  he had evidence to support his claim that Ms Voss was not the chief executive officer of Fiji Link when the alleged aviation security breaches took place.

The court had also allowed Ms Voss to travel in July this year to visit her unwell mother in London.

Bail has been extended.
