Manufacturer of premium kava-infused products Kavalicious Fiji Pte Ltd aims to secure agreements with reputable distributors in the American and Canadian markets during the North America trade mission scheduled for this month.
The company also hopes to establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including retailers, influencers, media outlets, and research institutions that supported its business growth and expansion efforts.
Kavalicious Fiji managing director Ana Malumuvatu said the trade mission is a chance to explore new business opportunities in the North American markets.
“The USA and Canada boast diverse populations with a growing interest in wellness and alternative beverages, making them prime markets for our kava-infused products. We are ready to meet their demand by supplying kava in bulk for value-adding,” Ms Malumuvatu said.
“And by connecting with fellow entrepreneurs, investors, industry experts, we hope to gain insights, exchange ideas and establish mutually beneficial collaborations that can propel our business forward.
“Building a strong network in these markets is essential for long-term success and sustainability.”
Ms Malumuvatu said the company had set specific goals for this business mission — market expansion, networking, brand visibility, strategic partnerships and market research.
“We aim to identify potential distributors, retailers and partners who can help us introduce our kava-infused products, including kava, to new consumers and establish a foothold in these lucrative markets.
“We are ready to align our products to international standard and now, we are in the process of setting up a new factory with international certifications.”
Kavalicious Fiji will be showcasing pounded kava, kava cookies, kava chocolate, and kava popsicles at the trade mission.
