Serving exquisite and authentic dishes is what the management and staff members of Cusina Provincia pride themselves in.

Since they opened their doors to the public last year, the cuisine has become one of the best and popular spots for those in the mood for fine dining.

For the past 12 months their mission is simple and that is to serve exquisite and authentic international cuisine representing different cultures and legendary culinary gastronomy with classic dishes with a creative and talented touch, delivering a distinctly unique dining experience to exceed their guest expectations.

It is a perfect place for work hangouts, date nights, family dinners and also for events like birthday celebrations, engagement party, receptions, co-operate events and parties to name a few.

With such variety on offer, there’s nothing to stop you from trying everything! There are Filipino, English, Asian foods and a variety of mouth-watering dishes you can enjoy.

The restaurant consists of seven young and vibrant staff members whose passion generates excitement for what they do, how they do it and are always looking forward to exceed their customers expectation one plate at a time.

The food are hygienically prepared and packed with utmost precaution with the staff and management taking pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that the kitchen space is cleaned, disinfected and maintained for best hygiene.

Located at Victoria Palms Hotel, Herbert Place in Suva, the cuisine provides a delightful atmosphere to enjoy a beautiful meal.

It is not overnight that the restaurant has grown to a name to be reckoned with, it’s the hard work and tireless perseverance of three generations who brought Cusina Provincia from its humble beginning to its present dominance in the food industry.

Managed by May Fong and Desiree Ng, the company used to sell dishes around the world but during the pandemic they began doing online deliveries around Suva and were overwhelmed with the positive feedbacks they received. From there, they decided to open a restaurant and have never looked back since.
