Semi Dauloloma is eager for a rematch with Fiji heavyweight champion James Singh, believing he will come back stronger this time, prompting Singh is running away from him and wanting to move to the cruiserweight division to fight Alifereti Kauyaca.
After his loss in the last fight against Singh at the Lewis-Hill Boxing Promotions last year Dauloloma , it has motivated him to train harder and approach the rematch with more seriousness and hunger for victory.
“I wasn’t prepared well for the last fight, was still recovering from sickness, which I won’t give that as an excuse, he has to prepare well cause I’m coming in strong and hungry for the title,” said Dauloloma .
“I want a rematch because all people were shocked about my performance in the last fight, no one believes that I lost that day, ‘The Equalizer’ Dauloloma never lost a fight.
“He wants to go down to cruiserweight division and fight Kauyaca, he will school him also,he know I’m coming in strong this time that’s why he winna go down to cruiser weight division.”
Dauloloma is focused on a different preparation this time, improving his fitness, basics, endurance, and stamina with his trainer.
He asks his fans for support in the upcoming rematch, promising that the mistakes of the past won’t be repeated.
Apologizing for his previous loss, Dauloloma urges fans to pack the arena and cheer him on loudly for victory, as they have done in his previous fights.
The fight is expected to take place in June, at the Bluewater Boxing Promotion.
