Holiday Inn Suva has renewed its strategic partnership with Leadership Fiji, continuing as the official venue partner for their 2026 Executive Leadership Program.
This collaboration reaffirms Holiday Inn Suva’s dedication to leadership development in Fiji, providing a professional and centrally located space for the program’s key events while supporting the continued development of leaders across the country.
Holiday Inn Suva general manager Mohammed Feroz said the partnership was more than just providing a venue for the program, but an investment in the people shaping the future of Fiji’s organisations, communities and economy.
He said they were proud to provide an environment where leaders could connect, challenge their thinking and strengthen their ability to lead with purpose.
“As Leadership Fiji celebrates 25 years, Holiday Inn Suva remains committed to supporting the Executive Leadership Program and contributing to a strong, resilient leadership pipeline for Fiji,” Mr Feroz said.
Leadership Fiji chief executive officer Sharyne Fong said Holiday Inn Suva’s ongoing support throughout the years had allowed them to facilitate spaces where leaders could engage and develop.
“As we mark 25 years of Leadership Fiji, we are especially grateful for partnerships such as this, which highlight Holiday Inn Suva’s commitment and belief in our vision to develop and enhance the quality of leaders in Fiji,” Ms Fong said.
The FNPF-owned IHG Fiji Hotels, comprising InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, Grand Pacific Hotel Suva and Holiday Inn Suva, have also collectively supported Leadership Fiji’s Executive Leadership Programme since its inception in 2024, as well as its one-day leadership workshop, Leading with Impact.
Leadership Fiji is an independent, non-partisan, non-aligned entity that has been in operation for 25 years, with a network of over 600 alumni, and has a vision to establish a Leadership Centre for Fiji and the Pacific and to expand its programs across all levels of society.
