THE Nadi Magistrates Court has set a hearing date for the Freesoul Real Estate Development (Fiji) Limited case .
According to the Office of the Director of Prosecutions, the hearing has been fixed for March 24 before Resident Magistrate Seini Puamau.
The case was called yesterday before Magistrate Peni Dalitucama who fixed the trial date after affidavits and disclosures were submitted by defence counsel David Toganivalu.
