The RC Manubhai Golf Club Pro-Open Tournament has been classed successful, with 132 golfers participating in the two-day event, at the Fiji Golf Club in Vatuwaqa.
Atish Kumar Singh, the regional manager of R.C Manubhai, expressed satisfaction with the strong turnout for the competition.
“It is great to see a great turn out with 132 starters for the competition, we will have both amateur and professional golfers getting involved in this two-day event,” said Singh.
“Our partnership with the Fiji Golf Club has been incredibly important to us, especially as we mark our 56th year in the Ba Golf Open.
“Bringing that same spirit to Suva has been a wonderful experience, and we’ve been thrilled to see growth year after year,” Singh added. “The weather has been perfect for golf, with sunny skies making it an ideal setting for the competition.
Singh commended the Fiji Golf Committee for maintaining the grounds to a good standard.
“Huge shout out to the Fiji Golf committee for maintaining the grounds so well.”
The RC Manubhai Pro Open tournament will conclude today.
