Fiji Cooperative Dairy Company Limited (FCDCL) has reappointed its chief executive officer Kushmendra Prasad for another three years.
The FCDCL board announced the appointment yesterday.to the “highest level, reducing costs and increasing profits, as well as attracting much-needed government funding”.
“He achieved these results while the industry faced not only the pandemic, but also a major outbreak of tuberculosis and mastitis that seriously affected milk production,” Mr Cole said in a statement.
He said despite those challenges, FCDCL still managed to achieve improved revenue from $5.5million in 2020 to $8.2million in 2021.
