Drua W not buying into Tahs

Listen to this article:

MIND games have been on the cards from both the Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua and the NSW Waratahs teams ahead of tomorrow’s Super Rugby W grand final.

Waratahs lock Sera Naiqama says they’re taking an underdogs tag in the final, despite reaching the final undefeated, including a 62-21 drubbing of the Fijian side in round robin competition.

Fijian Drua women’s coach Rauluni thinks otherwise.

“New South Wales is sharp on their tackles, they are sharp, solid, and very fit,” he said.

NSW Women dominated the competition before the Fijian side entered the competition in 2022 winning it twice since then.

The final kicks off at 4pm at Ballymore Stadium in Brisbane tomorrow.
