Update: 10:31AM DIRECTOR Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Commission Ashwin Raj has just arrived to the Totogo police Station.
Fiji Labour Party leader Mahendra Chaudhry is in detention for questioning by police.
Mr Raj went straight in to see Mr Chaudhry.
He did not give any comments to The Fiji Times.
