THREE men charged with the attempted murder of Police Constable Senoveva Tikoduadua, had their bail extended pending plea on July 14.
Dominiko Tabao, Saimoni Rokotunidau and Jone Rakatia appeared separately before Justice Dane Tuiqereqere in the High Court in Suva yesterday.
The charges were laid after the three allegedly drove a vehicle into a police roadblock, failed to stop when directed by officers, and resisted arrest on April 26.
Police allegedly discovered suspected break-in tools inside the vehicle. Mr Rokotunidau faces additional charges of unlawful possession of 0.21 grams of methamphetamine and allegedly refusing to allow police to take his fingerprints and photographs on May 11.
Justice Tuiqereqere has instructed the State to file the information by July 10.
