THE Ba Football Association has extended its appreciation to the community’s elders ahead of the FMF Inter-District Championship (IDC) by donating 130 free tickets and official Ba FC caps to the Senior Citizens of Ba.
Ba FA president Praneel Dayal led the delegation during the visit, which was made possible through the sponsorship of Dayals Sawmillers.
“The senior citizens are the foundation of the community and this initiative is a small way for the Ba FC family to honor them and bring the excitement of IDC directly to them.
The senior citizens blessings and support inspire the Men in Black every time they take on the field.
The presentation was well received as the elders expressed joy in being part of the build-up to the tournament.
The IDC officially kicks off next Tuesday at the 4R Stadium in Ba, where the Men in Black will begin their campaign to bring the trophy home.
