A bench warrant has been issued for Isaia Ledua after he failed to appear in the High Court in Suva in a case involving an alleged break-in at the Queen Elizabeth Barracks armoury.
Justice Dane Tuiqereqere issued the warrant this morning after Ledua failed to appear when his case was called at 9.30am.
Justice Tuiqereqere said Ledua had been reminded at the last hearing to appear in court at the scheduled time of 9.30am.
The case has been adjourned to September 24.
