A 27-YEAR-OLD man charged with the murder of his 25-year-old partner at an apartment complex in Suva last week has been further remanded by the Suva Magistrate’s Court.
Apisai Madigibuli appeared before Magistrate Jeremaia Savou yesterday.
He is accused of causing the death of Kitiana Baravilala, 25, on Thursday last week.
Police prosecutor Corporal Fazim Ali has served the first phase disclosure which does not include the post-mortem examination report.
Mr Savou told the accused the matter was an indictable offence which would be transferred to the High Court.
Mr Madigibuli was reminded to file an alibi notice within 21 days.
The case has been adjourned to May 14.
