POLICY makers and schools need to rethink, re-look and give more time and space so that focus is on holistic development of learners, says Rajesh Krishna.
The Swami Vivekanda College Principal said schools were becoming complex due to rapid change in technology as well as changing structures and demands of families.
“We need to adapt to new technology and changes,” he said.
“I would suggest that we move with the times because our students are keeping that flat gadget on their hands and they are continuously in contact with the world. Now you find there is more nuclear families, broken families, a lot of divorces, single parent homes, and children are left on their own.
