SUVA Sanatan defeated Labasa in a penalty shootout 4-1 in the final of the 59th Vodafone Sanatan Inter-District Championship at DAV College ground.
Suva also defeated Navua in a penalty shoot out during the semi-finals earlier.
In the veterans category Makoi Sanatan retained their title for the third time after beating Tuva Sanatan all the way from Sigatoka.
Nadroga beat Navua also in a penalty shoout out to claim their title for the second year in the masters category.
President Dhirend Nand said they were planning for a bigger tournament which is their BOG in the coming months.
“We are expecting 16 teams to take part in the competition,” he said.
