A total of 743 new overseas voters have been registered through the Fijian Elections Office’s voter registration outreach programmes conducted overseas in 2025 and 2026.

The figures were tabled in Parliament yesterday by Minister for Justice and Acting Attorney-General Siromi Turaga in response to a written question from MP Inosi Kuridrani on the FEO’s voter awareness and registration programmes.

According to the parliamentary response, 468 new voters were registered through overseas outreach in 2025, while another 275 new registrations were recorded through the 2026 programme.
