Pride and emotion filled the parade ground at the Force Training Group in Nasinu as 145 new recruits officially joined the ranks of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces.
The recruits marked the completion of weeks of demanding training and discipline during a passing-out parade witnessed by RFMF Commander Major General Ro Jone Kalouniwai, senior officers and members of the force.
Family members and friends gathered to celebrate the milestone as the recruits marched on parade and received recognition for completing their training.
The ceremony marked more than the end of their training, signalling the beginning of their commitment to serve and protect the people of Fiji as members of the RFMF.
