THE Inaugural Primary School Badminton Tournament came to an exciting close yesterday at the FMF Gymnasium, with 22 schools from across Viti Levu battling for honours.
Young shuttlers from years four to eight took to the courts throughout the tournament, displaying their skills, determination and competitive spirit as they represented their respective schools.
The tournament provided a valuable platform for budding badminton players to gain experience and test themselves against some of the best young talent from around Viti Levu.
Yat Sen Primary School emerged as the winners of both the girls’ and boys’ team competitions, creating history in the competition.
