Executive Women of The Year (winner)-Virisila Buadromo. Virisila is the Executive Director of the Fiji Women’s Rights Movement (FWRM) since November 2001. Her position at FWRM involves executive accountability, strategic planning, staffing and program management. The other two finalists are:
* Michelle Sheetal Chand-the senior account manager (insurance broker) at Aon (Fiji) Limited.
* Aloesi Beggs, the director and proprietor of Hotel Equipment Limited/ Commercial Interiors International Ltd & Talie Creations.
Business Woman of The Year-(winner) Vera Chute. Vera is the managing director of Value City (SP) Limited. A family owned recycled clothing business, established in 1990. She oversees day to day operations of all branches and is the liaison officer for other Pacific Island franchisers. Operations first began in Labasa and they now have seven stores and three warehouses Fiji wide. The other two finalists are:
* Kavita Raniga-the managing director of Budget Pharmacy, a community retail pharmacy in Nadi, Namaka and a hospital pharmacy trading as Amy Street Pharmacy at the Suva Private Hospital. She is a qualified pharmacist.
* Beatrice Nast — Ms Nast was nominated on two categories-Aspiring Entrepreneur of the Year and Business Woman of the Year. She is the managing director and shareholder of Westside Motorbike Rentals (Fiji) Limited operated out of Nadi.
Aspring Enterprenuer of The Year (winner) Beatrice Nast. The other two finalists are
* Krystal Gough — the managing director of General Pacific marketing trading as the ROC Café which is more commonly known as Republic of Cappuccino situated at Dolphin Plaza in Suva.
* Litia Kama-Baleinaivalu — who owns and operates Samabula Ultrasound which provides ultrasound scanning services for most of the human body parts.
