A winding up action has been filed against the David Group Pte Ltd at the High Court in Lautoka.
It has been filed by Abhinesh Singh under the Companies Act 2015.
The legal notice states David Group Pte Ltd has its physical address at 7 Marina Point, Denarau, Nadi.
The company’s registration number in Fiji is also listed in the notice.
“An application for the winding up of David Group Pte Limited was made by Abhinesh Singh of Namaka, Nadi on 16th May, 2024 and will be heard by the High Court of Fiji at 10am on Thursday July 24, 2024,” the notice said.
