Nadi-based adventure company Go Dirty Tours has been awarded Adventure Tour Company of the Year in the recent Travel and Hospitality Awards.
Go Dirty was established in 1999 under the name of Westside Motorbike Rentals (Fiji) Ltd, one of the pioneers of inland/coastal action and adventure tours for the country.
According to their website, the company has expanded since and now offers a full range of quad/ATV (all-terrain vehicle), scooter, motorbike and car rental experiences to not only take customers on the adventure of their life, but to allow them to see parts of Fiji they didn’t even know existed.
“We stand for a unique and exciting way to explore Fiji’s natural environment,” the company website proudly boasts.
“Get down and dirty as you discover Fiji’s interior terrain, remote pine forests, enriching culture, natural landmarks, mud-baths, or hot-springs on one of the most revved up, thrilling adventures of your life!”
Recognising the company’s largely positive reviews from customers, which consistently referenced the quality of their experiences, friendliness of the hosts and quality of services, judges of the Travel and Hospitality Awards saw fit to present the company with the award.
A strong emphasis on safety was also highlighted by many customer reviews.
The Travel and Hospitality Awards are a global recognition program for the travel industry, acknowledging the best of the trade, including hotels, tour operators and experience providers.
“We are so happy to have been recognised in this way, and most especially to have been nominated as a result of the feedback that customers themselves have shared,” Go Dirty tours director Anand Achari said.
“This award is a credit to our staff who have gone above and beyond, even during such challenging circumstances coming out of Covid-19, to provide the very best action and adventure tours they could.
The company offers a range of quad-biking tours which can be booked via their website or through various wholesalers.
