THE prevailing wet weather condition is not going away anytime soon so keep those umbrellas, and raincoats preferably, nearby.
Showers are forecast over the eastern parts and interior of the larger islands, and isolated heavy falls and possible thunderstorms from later tomorrow.
The weather forecasting centre in Nadi says a trough of low pressure to the north is anticipated to drift towards the group and affect the northern parts of the country from Tuesday, and later spreading to the rest of the group.
However, from midnight tomorrow, cloudy periods with possible afternoon or evening showers elsewhere.
