Update: 4:19PM SEVERE Tropical Cyclone Ula was located 335kilometres south of Kadavu at 7am today.
As a result, the gale force
warning in force for Ono-i-Lau and Vatoa has been cancelled.
Fiji Meteorological
Services director Ravind Kumar says the Category Three system presently lies to
the south of Fiji and does not directly affect the group.
“It continues to track
west-southwest at about 7km per hour,”
he said.
