A heavy rain warning remains in force for the whole of Fiji group as a trough of low pressure remains slow moving over the group.
The Fiji Meteological Department says there will be occasional rain which will be heavy at times.
“Risk of flash flooding of low lying and flood prone areas during persistent localised heavy falls,” said Fiji Met.
A flash flood alert remains in force for low lying areas, areas adjacent to small rivers and streams for Viti Levu.
Also areas along Lekutu (Bua) through Nabouwalu, Kubulau, Bagata through to Savusavu on Vanua Levu are under flood alert.
