Another heavy rain alert has been issued by the Nadi weather office today.
The alert is for Viti Levu, Yasawa and Mamanuca group and the Northern division.
Fiji Meteorological Service says an active trough of low pressure associated with tropical disturbance TD05F lies just North of Fiji.
Associated cloud and rain affects parts of the Fiji group.
The forecast is heavy rain at times and few thunderstorms in the areas under the alert.
