WAF call centre relocates to Wailoku

Update: 8:46PM THE Water Authority of Fiji has moved its Call Centre previously located at the Manohan Building in Nasinu to its office located in Wailoku, Tamavua.

This follows orders for WAF personnel to vacate the Manohan Building last Wednesday.

CEO Opetaia Ravai said it was of extreme importance to the wellbeing of WAF was to ensure its financial sector could continue uninterrupted.

“We immediately made arrangements for our Call Centre to relocate to Wailoku in Tamavua.  It took several days for this to happen but from Sunday we were fully operational and in the first day since we resumed service we had over 1000 calls,” Mr Ravai said.
