UAE sends medical supplies to Fiji and Pacific Island Countries

United Arab Emirtaes has sent 14 tonnes of medical supplies to Fiji and 13 Pacific Island Countries.

This is part of ongoing collective efforts to combat the spread of the novel coronavirus or COVID-19.

Fiji’s Ambassador in Dubai, Kamlesh Prakash has thanked UAE’s Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs, Sultan Mohammed Al Shamsi for contribution and support towards Fiji and PICs during this challenging time.

The medical supplies arrived at Nadi airport yesterday.
