Publicly-listed property and fleet management company VB Holdings Ltd has appointed chartered accountant Sikeli Tuinamuana (pictured) as an independent non-executive director of the company.
Mr Tuinamuana is one of Fiji’s most respected accounting and business professionals, bringing more than 40 years of experience in auditing, corporate governance, financial management, strategic advisory, and business transformation.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Accounting) from the USP and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and is a chartered accountant and a member of the Fiji Institute of Accountants.
Mr Tuinamuana has held senior leadership positions with leading international professional services firms, including Price Waterhouse, Arthur Andersen, and Ernst & Young, where he served as partner. He is currently a partner at Raki Partners.
Mr Tuinamuana has extensive board and governance experience, having served on the boards and committees of several prominent organisations, including FNPF, ATH, Vodafone Papua New Guinea, the iTaukei Trust Fund Board, and the Audit Committee of Fijian Holdings Limited. He has also made significant contributions to national sports administration and corporate governance in Fiji.
The VB Holdings board believes Mr Tuinamuana’s extensive expertise in finance, governance, risk management, and strategic leadership will further strengthen the company’s governance framework and support its long-term growth objectives.
