THE winners of the 13th Toyota Dream Car Art Contest have been announced with David Seun Han Woo, Gloria A-In Kang and Ratu Tomasi Korovakaturaga coming out winners in the three categories.
One of the judges and also an established artist Josh Toganivalu said they were amazed at the amount of talent showcased by these young artists.
“So we had to judge according to innovation, creativity and effort put into getting the work done. There were a lot of amazing works and we had to go through elimination stages before finally deciding the winner,” said Mr Toganivalu.
