Hot Bread Kitchen (HBK) has once again thrown its support behind the Fiji Volleyball Federation, sponsoring the 2025 Easter Volleyball Championship with a $9292 donation ahead of this weekend’s games at the Vodafone Arena in Suva.

The cheque was officially handed over yesterday at the company’s headquarters in Wailada by its general manager business Upashana Ben, reaffirming HBK’s commitment to grassroots sports development.

Fiji Volleyball Federation president Kemueli Naiqama acknowledged the timely support, saying the funding would go a long way in delivering a successful tournament and promoting volleyball as an indoor sport.

“This Easter Games brings together nine associations, seven from the central division and two from the west, with each expected to field three men’s and three women’s teams,” Naiqama said.

“That’s 54 teams in total, 27 men’s and 27 women’s showing strong national participation.”

All matches will be played at the Vodafone Arena across four courts including Halls A and B, with the finals for both men and women set for Saturday evening on the main court.

Meanwhile the two-day event will kick start this Friday and will end on Saturday.
