THE Simple Green Business House Regatta took place at Wailoaloa Beach yesterday, bringing together 17 companies in a thrilling display of teamwork and endurance.
Race Director Daryl Sakopo expressed his satisfaction with the event, highlighting the good weather and the strong competition among the teams.
“We are fortunate to have such beautiful weather today. The teams raced in good conditions and delivered some excellent times,” he said.
In the Cup semi-final races, Resonance set the fastest time in Semi-Final 1, finishing at 1:19.87, followed by ATS Sharks with 1:20.56. Vuda, FJ Virus, and Flame Tree rounded out the top five, battling fiercely for a place in the final.
Meanwhile, in Semi-Final 2, Pernix Vuda dominated with an impressive time of 1:15.81. Vaka Mana followed closely at 1:20.62, while Corona, Malamala Jaguars, and FA Romantics competed strongly in the remaining positions.
With the first leg of the regatta now complete, anticipation builds for the second Business House Regatta on April 4.
