TWO locally-owned restaurants are growing at a very successful rate after opening a Mexican-style eatery next to its sister restaurant that caters for authentic Indian cuisine at Damodar City Complex in Suva.
Jack’s of Fiji Mamacita Mexican Restaurant and Bar and Saffron Tandoori Restaurant may have to replicate their restaurants along the Suva-Nausori corridor because of the demand for Mexican and Indian foods.
The restaurants may have to open two new doors, one in Nakasi and possibly one in Nausori.
Restaurant manager Amlesh Roshan confirmed in an interview that it would open a branch in Nakasi, but Nausori was in the pipeline.
