Update: 5:43PM TELECOM Fiji Limited has taken its Wi-Fi network capability further by enabling international roaming for its customers.
In a
statement, TFL said it has enabled outbound roaming on its Unifi product which
would allow TFL’s broadband customers to use the same home account to access
the internet on designated Wi-Fi networks while travelling abroad.
Currently,
TFL customers can use their home broadband account on any of the TFL or Connect
Wi-Fi networks within Fiji.
TFL said it
has partnered with iPass, a leading provider of global mobile connectivity, to
enable this service for its customers.
