VODAFONE Fiji has been officially recognised as a great place to work by Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture and employee experience.
Great Place To Work helps companies worldwide survey its employees, benchmark its results, recognise gaps and develop work cultures that have proven to deliver enhanced revenue and boosted innovation.
In a statement yesterday, Vodafone Fiji announced being awarded this certification, and said it underscored its commitment to creating a positive and empowering work environment for its people.
Vodafone Fiji chief executive officer Elenoa Biukoto said the company strived to define industry excellence and remained dedicated to fostering an “exceptional” workplace culture.
“This achievement marks us as the first in our sector in Fiji and reinforces our dedication to being a great place to work,” Ms Biukoto said.
“We are proud of our young and dynamic workforce, whose pioneering spirit drives innovation in everything we do, resulting in many of Vodafone Fiji’s first-to-market products and solutions.
“I extend my sincere gratitude to everyone for their invaluable contributions through this certification process.”
Ms Biukoto said attaining the Great Place To Work certification carried significant importance for organisations, and offered a multitude of benefits that impacted both internal operations and external perception.
“Ultimately, the Great Place To Work certification stands as a clear and powerful testament to Vodafone’s unwavering commitment to its employees, fostering a work environment where positivity, productivity and success thrive.”
The Great Place To Work certification process is based on the Trust Index survey — its employee survey that measures trust, pride, and camaraderie in organisations, providing data to understand and improve workplace culture.
According to the company, the insights gained from the Trust Index survey will be instrumental in shaping its talent strategy, enhance its work environment, elevate professional development programs, and foster a culture of continuous growth and improvement.
