The domestic airline service provider stated that those customers whose flights between Nadi and Suva on Thursday, December 17, and Friday, December 18, 2020, were cancelled may rebook themselves on flights available this afternoon.

The airline will also operate a special non-commercial flight from Suva to Labasa this afternoon to assist the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Civil Aviation transport essential medical supplies and personnel to Vanua Levu.

Fiji Airways Group Managing Director and CEO Andre Viljoen said: “Our hearts go out to our fellow Fijians around the country who have been impacted by Tropical Cyclone Yasa. Both Fiji Link and Fiji Airways stand ready to assist Fijian authorities with relief and recovery efforts as required.”

Fiji Link plans to operate all scheduled domestic services for Saturday, December 19, 2020.
