Suva vs Labasa CVC match postponed

The Pillay Garments Champion vs Champion Series between Suva and Standard Hire Labasa has been postponed.

Fiji FA chief executive officer Mohammed Yusuf confirmed that due to the adverse weather condition the CVC series has been postponed.

“The weather focus for the weekend is not favorable so we had no option but to postpone the series to next week,” said Yusuf.

“The first leg will take place next Friday and the second leg will be played next Sunday.”

Yusuf added the matches are currently scheduled for Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori but if ANZ Stadium is available then the first leg will move to Suva.

Meanwhile the Vodafone U19 Youth League final play-offs and Vodafone Senior Women’s League final play-offs have also been postponed.
