Another package containing illicit drugs was detected and confiscated yesterday at the Waimalika Post office near the Nadi airport.
The package had arrived as mail from India.
The Fiji Times sources state the illicit drugs is methamphetamine and weighed about one kilogram.
The name of the recipient on the package is of someone residing in Wailoaloa.
The detection of the drugs is believed to have been a joint operation between Fiji Police and Fiji Revenue and Customs Service.
