TWO of Fiji’s smaller political parties operated on modest budgets in 2025, with financial disclosures showing limited income streams and continued operating deficits.
Statements lodged with the Fijian Elections Office revealed that the All Peoples Party generated just $2685 in income during the year, while We Unite Fiji Party recorded total income of $2015.
For the All Peoples Party, voluntary contributions remained the sole source of reported income in 2025, down sharply from the previous year when the party also received membership fees and fundraising revenue through “Dollar Vote” activities.
The party’s total expenditure stood at $1610, resulting in a surplus of $1075 for the year.
Meanwhile, the We Unite Fiji Party recorded a deficit of $1172 for 2025 after spending exceeded income.
The party received $2000 in donation income and $15 in membership registration fees.
Total operating expenses were recorded at $3187.
The financial report showed the party’s accumulated deficit widened from $3041 in 2024 to $4214 by the end of 2025.
