Fijians living in New Zealand and the general public will now have easy access to the Fijian skincare products as Nama Fiji expands to the New Zealand market.

Nama Fiji will be at the NZ Hair & Beauty Expo at the Viaduct Event Centre in Auckland on June 13-14 to showcase their skincare displays, testers, professional spa and salon offering, including wellness-inspired Thalasso protocols designed for beauty salons, spas and skin clinics.

Nama Fiji founder and director Debra Sadranu said those treatments use nama, a nutrient-rich sea grape sustainably harvested in Fiji, as the hero ingredient and designed to support hydration, improve the look and feel of skin texture, and create a calming, ocean-inspired treatment experience.

“The protocols include elements such as a Nama Detox tea ritual, Nama poultices, detox wraps and professional treatment training, giving salons a unique Fijian wellness concept to introduce to their clients,” Ms Sadranu said.

She said their objective at the expo was to build greater awareness within the New Zealand beauty industry as the brand aims to connect with beauty professionals, salon owners, spa therapists, retailers, and customers, fostering meaningful relationships and exploring new opportunities for professional spa and salon partnerships.

“New Zealand has been an exciting and important market for Nama Fiji. We are seeing growing interest from customers, salons and spa professionals who are drawn not only to the performance of our products, but also to the story behind them.”

Nama Fiji is focused on expanding its retail and professional spa partnerships throughout New Zealand, growing its salon and clinic network, providing education and training for professional treatments and strengthening digital marketing.
