Fijian Boxer Sebastian Singh stepped up for a last-minute fight against David Padovan of Australia for the WBC Australasian Heavyweight Title on the Peter Maniatis Events card in Melbourne.
Singh, grateful for the opportunity, acknowledges the support from his home country and expresses his love for his people. Taking the fight with only five days’ notice, Singh is prepared to give it his all in the ring.
“Took this fight in a five-day notice, and the opportunity was great,” said Singh. “I guess we just born to fight, I just want to thank the love and support shown by my people back at home nothing but love. “We see what happens tonight and where we go from here”.
The match is set to begin at 6pm today.
