WITH varied results handed in so far by the Kaiviti Silktails for the NRL Jersey Flegg Cup, the Fiji-base club aims to clinch victory in round 10 this week when they face the Sydney Rabbitohs, currently at 14th place.

In previous meetings with the Rabbitohs, the Silktails have lost both of them.

They last met on Saturday, April 20, 2024 where the former handed the latter a 22-14 defeat and on Saturday, March 16, 2024 when the Silktails were also defeated 14-20.

The Kaiviti Silktails sit at 12th place this week in the NRL Jersey Flegg Cup after nine rounds of competition and following their 4-24 defeat against the Sea Eagles last week.

The team has only garnered six points throughout the competition and earned only three wins.

The three victories included a 24-22 win over the Newcastle Knights at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka and a 23-22 win over St George Illawarra Dragons in March, a 34-26 win over the Melbourne Storm in Broadmeadows, Australia last month.

Meanwhile, the Silktails meet the Rabbitohs at the Redfern Oval in Sydney, Australia at 3pm this Saturday.
