A 58-YEAR-old man charged with one count of being found in possession of illicit drugs has been remanded by the Sigatoka Magistrates Court.
It is alleged that Frank Sovea’s house was raided and Police allegedly found 22.5grams of marijuana on February 5, 2019, in Nasinu.
Police prosecutor Setareki Mocevacaka served full phase of disclosures.
Magistrate Tomasi Bainivalu has asked Mr Sovea to file a formal bail application before the Nasinu Magistrates Court.
The case has been adjourned to February 22.
